Responsibilities
As the Compensation Analyst you will provide development and administrative support of associate compensation programs. You will Apply compensation technical knowledge to support corporate strategic initiatives. Support compensation projects and programs; support the design and development of compensation plans and policies; administration of base pay programs and processes; market analysis, survey participation, and special projects. May also act as backup on Corporate benefit related items or other related HR Operational duties.
Qualifications
Required:
3 Years of Corporate compensation experience
Experience around salary planning, market evaluations, comp development and salary surveys needed.
Project Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Microsoft Excel Skills
Preferred:
Comp Analyst Experience
PeopleSoft Experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
